Baby Soothers - Sleep Sounds

Baby Soothers - Sleep Sounds is a white noise and relaxing sound app I built about 7 years ago for my first child, to help her fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. It offers a curated collection of 36 high-quality sounds, including womb sounds, heartbeat, rain, fan, and gentle lullabies, played through a simple grid interface with one-tap play and stop.

The app supports background audio playback, so sounds keep playing even when the screen is off or another app is in use, and is built to be lightweight on battery.

After a solid run with a good number of downloads, the app went unmaintained for a while and was eventually taken down from the Play Store for not meeting Google's updated target SDK requirement. I brought it back under a new package, with an updated target SDK, performance and stability fixes for the latest Android OS, a modernized UI with edge-to-edge display support, and improved background playback reliability.
